Small Business and Interpersonal Communication

Effective communication is essential for small business success. This includes improving your skills in Interpersonal Communication. The way you communicate with your employees, partners, vendors, etc can make a difference in the deals you are making, communicating your strategy, motivating your team, etc. Interpersonal communication is the type of communication which you have on a daily basis such as talking to your friends, family member, coworkers, employees and customers. Interpersonal communication is in person communication. Communicating by emails and talking on the phone are examples which are not considered as interpersonal communication. So Interpersonal Communication is in person and face to face communication. Interpersonal Communication
